Delivery

$12 flat rate to anywhere in Australia. This excludes items considered “heavy and bulky”, “heavy and fragile” and “overweight” in which case shipping will be $40, $150, $180 and $350 per order respectively.

All Tunze products are shipped from the warehouse which is why shipping charges are $25. All Oase and PondMax products are shipped from the warehouse which is why shipping charges are $29.

All the products under the aquariums category are local pick-up only. You can call us at (02) 8678 7109 to find out the delivery costs for aquariums. Aquariums will only be delivered in New South Wales.

Note: Some items that are marked as Store Pick Up Only cannot be shipped or may incur an additional shipping fee. Please email or call us for a quote.

Some items, for example Frozen Foods, cannot be sent. Live fish and corals cannot be sent.

Items that are considered dangerous goods, such as CO2 cylinders over 100g, cannot be sent. Please contact us as we may be able to provide a solution for you.

Standard Shipping & Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, courier schedules, and delivery destination.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Restrictions

Bespoke Aquariums reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping carrier for each order based on the size, weight, destination and nature of the items.

Heavy, bulky, oversized and fragile items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers and generally require a physical residential or business address.

If you require delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, please get in touch with us before placing your order to discuss available shipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply where alternative delivery arrangements are possible.

We reserve the right to contact customers to arrange an alternative delivery address or request additional shipping fees if the selected delivery method is unsuitable for the items ordered.
