Shipping policy

$12 flat rate to anywhere in Australia. This excludes items considered “heavy and bulky”, “heavy and fragile” and “overweight” in which case shipping will be $40, $150 and $350 per order respectively.

All Tunze products are shipped from the warehouse which is why shipping charges are $25. All Oase and PondMax products are shipped from the warehouse which is why shipping charges are $29.

All the products under the aquariums category are local pick-up only. You can call us at (02) 8678 7109 to find out the delivery costs for aquariums. Aquariums will only be delivered in New South Wales.

Note: Some items that are marked as Store Pick Up Only cannot be shipped or may incur an additional shipping fee. Please email or call us for a quote.

Some items, for example Frozen Foods, cannot be sent. Live fish and corals cannot be sent.

Items that are considered dangerous goods, such as CO2 cylinders over 100g, cannot be sent. Please contact us as we may be able to provide a solution for you.
